29th San Diego Anglers Open Bay Bass Tournament

Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Shelter Island Launch Ramp

This is the 29th San Diego Anglers Spring Open Bay Bass Tournament. This is a Catch and Release tournament all fish will be measured and released where they are caught. Fishing for any of these 3 species Spotted Bay Bass, Barred Sand Bass and Calico Bass. With Side pots for the longest Bass and the Heaviest Halibut.

After tournament we will have a Big BBQ with hamburgers, Smoked Kielbasa and Honey Baked Ham along with some BBQ beans and salad with some delicious desserts. After the food, we will have a raffle with lots of great prizes. All held at the San Diego Outboard Boating Club at the Shelter Island launch ramp.

This is a CATCH and RELEASE tournament all Bass will be measured with a Hawg Trough or Ketch Board
