Lake Cuyamaca Campout

The weekend after Memorial Day in 2026 is our annual campout at Lake Cuyamaca, Friday, May 29 – Sunday, May 31. Lake Cuyamaca has something for everyone: Fishing (Trout, Bass, Blue Gill, Crappie), hiking, full hook-ups, tent camping, hot showers, campfires, even a café nearby for those who want a meal indoors. There are no fire pits, so no open fires. The club will have a gas fire pit for our Saturday night festivities.
FRIDAY EVENING: “Camp Hotdogs & Chili”
Friday’s Events:
–5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Hotdogs, Chili, and the condiments
Saturday’s Events:
–7:00 a.m. Fishing Tournament
–10:00 am The ladies will have a craft project. (Please feel free to bring a couple bucks to drop in the kitty to help offset costs).
–11:00 am we will have activities for the kids.
–5:30 pm is the big potluck when our “BBQ Guys,” Tyler Hart and Aric Erlandsen, will be manning the grills and smoker and preparing our hamburgers and chicken. The Club will provide the meat, and each family is asked to bring a dish to share. A thru M, please bring a side dish. N thru Z, please bring an appetizer or dessert. Even if you are not camping, come down for the day and enjoy the potluck and festivities.

After dinner join our Grand Poohbah at the campfire for “Rooster, Rooster, Little Red Rooster” and S’mores.

Sunday Morning Event: Annual Waffle Breakfast.
